Consumers have the right to dispute an account and request written verification in accordance with applicable federal and state law. Information regarding how to submit a dispute or verification request is provided in required written notices.

Upon receipt of a timely dispute or verification request, applicable collection activity will be paused until verification is provided, as required by law.

Consumers may also request reasonable limitations on communications, including preferred communication methods or requests to cease communications, subject to legal requirements and exceptions. Communications occur only during legally permitted hours, and workplace and third-party contact restrictions are honored where required by law.
