Nova Collect supports healthcare providers by performing account servicing and, where applicable, licensed third-party medical and dental debt collection activities on behalf of our clients.

Our services are provided only in jurisdictions where permitted by law, including: Georgia (GA), Kansas (KS), Kentucky (KY), Mississippi (MS), Missouri (MO), Montana (MT), New Hampshire (NH), Oklahoma (OK), Pennsylvania (PA), South Carolina (SC), South Dakota (SD), Vermont (VT), and Virginia (VA).

3. Information We Collect

  • Identifiers such as name, address, telephone number, and email address

  • Account and balance information provided by healthcare provider clients

  • Payment information processed through secure third-party payment processors

  • Communication records (calls, letters, emails, text messages, and web submissions)

Nova Collect does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
