These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Nova Collect LLC website, client portals, and related online services (collectively, the “Services”).

Important Disclosure

Nova Collect LLC may act as a debt collector with respect to certain accounts. When applicable, communications may be from a debt collector and any information obtained will be used for that purpose, in accordance with applicable law.

Cancellation Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the (245) 678-9029 same number that sent you messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Scope of Use

These Terms apply to consumers, healthcare provider clients (including medical and dental practices), website visitors, and authorized users of Nova Collect’s Services.

Nova Collect LLC provides account servicing and, where applicable, licensed third-party debt collection services in jurisdictions where it is authorized to do so, including: GA, KS, KY, MS, MO, MT, NH, OK, PA, SC, SD, VT, and VA.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Permitted Use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. Unauthorized access, scraping, copying, data mining, interference with system functionality, or misuse of the Services is strictly prohibited.

No Advice

Content provided through the website or Services is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or insurance advice.

Client Portals

Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, ensuring authorized access only, and confirming the accuracy of any information submitted through client portals.

Communications

Communications with consumers are conducted in accordance with applicable federal and state law, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and CFPB Regulation F, where applicable.

Call recording occurs only where legally permitted and in accordance with applicable consent and notice requirements.

Limitation of Liability
